Willy Wonka doesn’t have anything on this chocolate river. In this national (and subsequently, international) TVC for Ferrero Rocher, the client wanted to show the journey from hazelnut to completed chocolate. The challenge was to do it in a way that didn’t look like every other chocolate commercial you’ve ever seen.

After developing the concept, I worked with CGI gurus Rising Sun Pictures, as well as directors Tim Piper and Steve Callen, to bring the spot to life.

The spot is the most successful in Ferrero Rocher USA’s history, and has been rolled out in markets internationally. In the words of Ferrero Rocher’s global head of marketing, “The work is making waves in market and a real upsurge in brand equity. It’s doing everything we intended and more.”
